At SpineFit Chiropractic, we provide spinal adjustments as well as extremity adjustments. Every piece of your skeletal system is vulnerable to misalignments that affect your overall function.

Muscle Therapy

Muscle therapy, or soft tissue mobilization therapy, targets the inner layers of your muscles, tendons, fascia, and other connective tissues that surround your bones and joints.

We offer Active Release Technique, Graston Technique (muscle scraping), and Myofascial Distortion.

Functional movement is important no matter what stage of life you're in. Based on your specific case, you can expect to receive a movement pattern assessment, ongoing testing, and exercises based on your personal evaluation.

With the Summus Class IV Laser, our Laser Therapy treatment delivers specific red and near-infrared wavelengths of laser light to accelerate the recovery process and reduce pain for patients with acute and chronic pain as well as neuropathy.

What makes SpineFit Chiropractic different?

SpineFit Chiropractic is different than a traditional chiropractic office.

We get to the root cause.

Our treatment goal is to get to the root cause of your pain or problem areas. Typically, the “root cause” of an injury can be one or many parts of the body that may be stiff, weak, or lack the proper stability which can cause other parts of your body to compensate and cause pain elsewhere. We find the WHY behind your pain to give you lasting relief.

Our treatment approach is unique.

Our treatment involves a combination of hands-on techniques and corrective exercises. We're not a quick back adjustment/in-and-out office. Our patients receive one-on-one care with the Doctor each session, which typically involves movement pattern assessments, muscle therapy, chiropractic adjustments, and exercises targeted to your specific problem - if a certain activity hurts you, we want to see you do it and analyze your movement to uncover underlying issues.
